2019 ford f150 vibration at highway speeds

It is very likely that the vehicle is out of alignment if youve recently run up a curb, hit a large pothole, went over a speed bump too fast, etc. It seems to vary as to when it will show up but I don't notice under acceleration or deceleration, it happens randomly at a constant speed and is so bad that the bed of the truck shakes like hell.
